For custom-made products: Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom items and final sale items.

 

For regular products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange only.

 

Returns are accepted for exchange only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact us at our email address, ladybugdesigns757@gmail.com, to initiate a return and request an exchange. Please include your reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
